2026 F1 Canadian Grand Prix – Time Schedule

Following three weeks away, F1 is back, with the 2026 Canadian Grand Prix.

Kimi Antonelli heads to Montreal with a strong lead in the championship following his third straight win in Miami, with George Russell only fourth.

This means Antonelli carries a 20-point lead in the standings to Canada – a circuit Russell is the defending race winner at.

On the third Sprint weekend of the season, will the Briton be able to wrest back the momentum from the young Italian, who is going for four grand prix wins in a row?

On Friday, May 22nd, the only free practice session begins at 17:30 BST, with sprint qualifying getting underway at 21:30 BST.

On Saturday, May 23rd, the second sprint race of the year is scheduled for 17:00 BST, followed by grand prix qualifying at 21:00 BST.

The 2026 F1 Canadian Grand Prix starts on Sunday, May 24th at 21:00 BST. 70 laps later, we will know who has won the fourth race of 2026.
