WATCH: Fernando Alonso rolls his Toyota twice in big Dakar Rally crash

Double Formula 1 world champion Fernando Alonso suffered a big crash on the 10th stage of the Dakar Rally as he rolled his Toyota twice.

Both Alonso and his co-driver Marc Coma were unhurt in the incident, and Alonso even proceeded to immediately drive away from the scene despite losing his windscreen.

It marks another setback in Alonso’s bid to become the first F1 champion to win the Dakar Rally on his maiden attempt. He sat 13th in the overall leaderboard following his strong run during Monday’s stage nine.
